Placement fee as per Below:
| CTC Less than 8 Lacs | Fees: | 8.33% of CTC |
| CTC 8 Lacs to 15 Lacs | Fees: | 10% of CTC |
| CTC more than 15 Lacs | Fees: | 15% of CTC |
Payment Terms:
- The Payment shall be made within [30 days] of the joining of the candidate or from Invoice Date whichever is earlier.
- The mode of payment would either be through Cheque or DD in favor of Sumeru Talent Management.
- Upto 15 Lacs – The replacement period will be Three Months.
- Above 15 Lacs – The replacement period will be Four months. In case, Candidate recruited through STM leaves Client within this duration then STM will provide a prompt replacement without any cost to the Client.
- The resume sent by STM to the Client will be valid for 1 year and if any candidate is selected later on after the period of 1 Year then Client shall be liable to pay professional charges to STM.
